Jean Dara
Background: Jean is 23 years old, is not yet married and lives with his family in Sevare.
He is father of a daughter. Religion is Christian. Tribe is Dogon.
Jean speaks Bambara, Dogon and French.
He was going to primary school till the 5th year (in 2002).
In 2005 he start to learn welding as an apprentice. He was working for a master but did not get payed. In future he likes to have his own shop, work for himself. Someone informed him about the windmill course. His master allowed him to follow this course.
The way of teaching in the course and the contact in the group is different then elsewhere. He is not seeing this at another place and he finds it very good. Jean likes the work and still wants to do it to get experience in work.
Jean likes dancing, music, going in the bush and woods. He doesn’t like someone who is not thinking good about other persons.
Personal development plan: Leader of Metal department. Does welding as a profession for 5 years now. He shows keen interest in the design of towers.
